Eunoia Mobility Earns Certified Autism Center™ Designation from IBCCES

Dubai, United Arab Emirates | September 15, 2026

Every member of the Dubai-based accessible transport provider’s team completed autism and sensory training, extending a new standard of care to autistic passengers and their families

Transportation provider Eunoia Mobility today announced it has been designated a Certified Autism Center™ (CAC) by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES). The entire Eunoia Mobility team completed the required autism and sensory training in August 2026.

What Certification Means

IBCCES sets the global standard for training and certification in autism, neurodiversity, and accessibility. The Certified Autism Center™ credential requires that at least 80 percent of an organization’s forward-facing staff complete specialized autism and sensory training through IBCCES, along with an expert review and a demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development (IBCCES). Eunoia Mobility exceeded the threshold by training 100% of its team.

Transportation is one of the most common barriers autistic individuals and their families face when planning a school day, a medical appointment, or a trip abroad. Unfamiliar vehicles, unpredictable timing, bright lights, and engine or road noise can turn a routine journey into a stressful one. The CAC training prepares Eunoia’s Mobility Champions—its drivers and aides—to recognize sensory sensitivities and communication differences, adjust their approach to each passenger, and respond with patience rather than assumption.

“At Eunoia Mobility, accessibility is a core operating principle, not a specialist function,” said Mohamed Abuelgasim Mohamedein, Co-Founder & CEO of Eunoia Mobility. “We believe every person in our organization—from frontline teams to managers, leadership and colleagues working behind the scenes—has a role in creating journeys that are safe, predictable, dignified and responsive to individual needs.

“That is why we invest deliberately in autism-informed education, continuous learning and practical, sensory-aware support across our services. Becoming a Certified Autism Center™ reinforces the standard we expect of ourselves: to listen, prepare, adapt and support each individual with understanding, patience and respect.

“As Eunoia Mobility grows, our goal is to make autism-informed and inclusive mobility part of how we operate every day—not an exception to the journey, but an expectation within it.”

Eunoia Mobility is Driving Inclusion in Dubai

The designation supports practices already built into Eunoia’s service, including low-sensory rides with reduced noise and lighting and individualized ride plans developed with families and caregivers ahead of travel. It also strengthens the company’s offering for hotels, destination management companies, tour operators, airlines, and event organizers seeking accessible ground transport that meets an internationally recognized standard.

The certification follows Eunoia Mobility’s recent membership in the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program, another company-wide training initiative focused on passengers with non-visible disabilities. Together, the two credentials reinforce Eunoia’s alignment with UAE Vision 2031 and the National Policy for Empowering People of Determination.
