You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate personal and payment information.
Reservations: Made via our website/app or by calling/WhatsApp.
Pricing: Fares are displayed at booking time and may include surcharges (peak hours, long distance).
Payment: Processed securely; you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

Provide accurate pickup/drop‑off details and mobility requirements.
Be ready at the scheduled pickup time (drivers wait up to 5 minutes).
Respect the vehicle and driver; abusive behavior may result in service refusal.
All content on our site/app is owned or licensed by Eunoia Mobility. You may not reproduce or distribute without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eunoia Mobility is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
We may revise these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
