Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applies to all bookings made on or after July 30, 2025


1. Cancellation by You

  • Standard Ride: Full refund if canceled ≥ 2 hours before pickup; 50% if canceled 30 minutes–2 hours prior; no refund if < 30 minutes.

  • Scheduled/Recurring Services: Must cancel ≥ 24 hours before scheduled time for full refund; 50% if 6–24 hours; no refund if < 6 hours.

2. Cancellation by Eunoia Mobility

We may cancel due to extreme weather, vehicle issues, or safety concerns. In all cases, you receive a 100% refund or the option to rebook at no extra charge.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

4. Exceptions

  • Non‑refundable promotional bookings (clearly marked).

  • No‑show fees apply if you miss the vehicle without canceling.
