Standard Ride: Full refund if canceled ≥ 2 hours before pickup; 50% if canceled 30 minutes–2 hours prior; no refund if < 30 minutes.
Scheduled/Recurring Services: Must cancel ≥ 24 hours before scheduled time for full refund; 50% if 6–24 hours; no refund if < 6 hours.
We may cancel due to extreme weather, vehicle issues, or safety concerns. In all cases, you receive a 100% refund or the option to rebook at no extra charge.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

No‑show fees apply if you miss the vehicle without canceling.
