Job Title: Mobility Systems Leader (Fleet Operations Manager) Department: Fleet & Transport Services Location: Dubai, UAE Reports To: Chief Operating Officer Employment Type: Full-Time | UAE Residency RequiredPosition Purpose The Mobility Systems Leader (Fleet Operations Manager) is responsible for end-to-end operational excellence across Eunoia Accessible Transport’s vehicle fleet, field operations, and mobility logistics. This leadership role ensures that our transport services for People of Determination, seniors, and healthcare clients are consistently safe, reliable, dignified, and scalable.This position blends logistics expertise, people management, technology optimization, and deep understanding of accessible transport regulations.
