Eunoia Mobility is dedicated to creating an inclusive digital environment that reflects our broader mission—empowering People of Determination, seniors, and all passengers to experience seamless, barrier-free mobility. We believe accessibility is not an option; it is a shared responsibility that extends from our vehicles and services to every digital touchpoint.
Our commitment to accessibility goes beyond our website. It is embedded in the way we design, deliver, and continuously improve every journey—digital and physical alike. From accessible vehicles and trained caring attendants to clear online information and multilingual support, we strive to make the full Eunoia Mobility experience equitable and dignified for every customer.
Eunoia Mobility proudly supports the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program, which helps identify passengers who may have non-visible disabilities and might require additional time, understanding, or assistance during their journeys. Our team is trained to recognize the Sunflower symbol and respond with empathy, discretion, and respect.
At Eunoia Mobility, accessibility starts with awareness. Our team members and caring attendants receive ongoing training to recognize and support diverse accessibility needs, including visible and non-visible disabilities. This training reinforces our values of empathy, respect, and safety in every interaction—on the road, at pickup points, and online.
This initiative reflects our belief that accessibility includes both visible and invisible needs, ensuring every passenger experiences dignity, comfort, and understanding when traveling with Eunoia Mobility.
While our website has not yet been formally certified as meeting WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards, we are actively progressing toward this goal. Our development and communications teams use both internal assessments and third-party tools to identify and resolve potential barriers. We publish this statement transparently to recognize our ongoing work and to invite user feedback as part of our improvement process.
We want as many people as possible to be able to use our website. To provide additional support and enable a more inclusive user experience, we provide the Recite Me assistive technology toolbar. The Recite Me toolbar provides text-to-speech functionality, fully customisable styling features, reading aids, and a translation tool with over 100 languages, including 65 text-to-speech voices and many other features.
