Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

Eunoia Mobility is dedicated to creating an inclusive digital environment that reflects our broader mission—empowering People of Determination, seniors, and all passengers to experience seamless, barrier-free mobility. We believe accessibility is not an option; it is a shared responsibility that extends from our vehicles and services to every digital touchpoint.

Accessibility Beyond the Screen

Our commitment to accessibility goes beyond our website. It is embedded in the way we design, deliver, and continuously improve every journey—digital and physical alike. From accessible vehicles and trained caring attendants to clear online information and multilingual support, we strive to make the full Eunoia Mobility experience equitable and dignified for every customer.

Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program

Eunoia Mobility proudly supports the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program, which helps identify passengers who may have non-visible disabilities and might require additional time, understanding, or assistance during their journeys. Our team is trained to recognize the Sunflower symbol and respond with empathy, discretion, and respect.

Training and Awareness

At Eunoia Mobility, accessibility starts with awareness. Our team members and caring attendants receive ongoing training to recognize and support diverse accessibility needs, including visible and non-visible disabilities. This training reinforces our values of empathy, respect, and safety in every interaction—on the road, at pickup points, and online.

This initiative reflects our belief that accessibility includes both visible and invisible needs, ensuring every passenger experiences dignity, comfort, and understanding when traveling with Eunoia Mobility.

Current Accessibility Status

While our website has not yet been formally certified as meeting WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards, we are actively progressing toward this goal. Our development and communications teams use both internal assessments and third-party tools to identify and resolve potential barriers. We publish this statement transparently to recognize our ongoing work and to invite user feedback as part of our improvement process.

Recite Me Assistive Technology

We want as many people as possible to be able to use our website. To provide additional support and enable a more inclusive user experience, we provide the Recite Me assistive technology toolbar. This toolbar allows all website visitors to customise their experience through a range of options to suit their online accessibility and language needs.

The Recite Me toolbar provides text-to-speech functionality, fully customisable styling features, reading aids, and a translation tool with over 100 languages, including 65 text-to-speech voices and many other features.

This means that when the toolbar is activated by the user, they can:

  • Listen to the website using text-to-speech functionality.
  • Customise background, text, and accessibility tool colours.
  • Modify the font, line height, or spacing of text.
  • Zoom in up to 200 % without text spilling off the screen.
  • Have text reflow in a single column when resizing the browser window.
  • Navigate the website using just a keyboard.
  • Translate the website into different languages.
  • Download MP3 files of the page text.
  • View website pages in text-only mode.

Continuous Improvement

Eunoia Mobility views accessibility as a continuous journey. Our ongoing efforts include:

  • Regular review of new and existing website content for accessibility issues.
  • Incremental design updates informed by international WCAG 2.2 principles.
  • Staff training and collaboration with accessibility specialists.
  • Integration of user feedback into our enhancement roadmap.

Our long-term objective is to achieve full WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance and maintain compliance through recurring audits.

Third-Party Platforms and Content

Some areas of our website and services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms. While Eunoia Mobility strives to ensure accessibility across all user experiences, we do not have control over the accessibility compliance of third-party content. We regularly review and collaborate with our partners to enhance accessibility wherever possible.
